From signup to your dashboard in 5 steps

QuantivoGate is a Secure Access Platform (SAP) that lets your team securely access internal company resources without exposing them to the public internet. Your firewall accepts connections only from QuantivoGate IP addresses โ€” everyone else is blocked.

Sign up in 5 steps

  1. Go to the pricing page and pick a plan. Free trial is available with no credit card.
  2. Complete the WHMCS checkout at billing.quantivo.host.
  3. Check your email โ€” you'll receive login credentials within a few minutes.
  4. Log in to the billing portal. Your organization is automatically created.
  5. Click "Launch Dashboard" to access the SAP dashboard via SSO.
Tip: The initial setup typically takes less than an hour. Most of that time is configuring your firewall โ€” the QuantivoGate side is ready out of the box.

Two roles โ€” who does what

Org Admin

The person who signs up, pays for the plan, and manages the team. Usually the business owner, IT lead, or office manager.

Team Member

Your employees who will connect to the secure network. They can only add or remove their own devices and manage their own profile.

Setting up your organization

Firewall whitelist

Before your team can connect, configure your company firewall to accept connections only from QuantivoGate's access node IP addresses.

Our current production IP addresses:

FRA1 (Frankfurt): 213.32.18.6 SWI1 (Zurich): 141.227.158.234
Important: Add both IPs even if you plan to use one region. This ensures failover when one node is under maintenance.

Invite team members

Members are added through secure email invitations. No public signup โ€” you control who joins.

  1. In SAP dashboard, open Members section.
  2. Click "Invite Member" and enter the email.
  3. They receive an email with a link (valid 7 days).
  4. They set a password and optionally enable 2FA.
  5. Once activated, they appear in your Members list.

Device management

Members add their own devices through their portal. As admin, you see every device and can revoke access anytime.

  • See which devices belong to which member
  • Revoke lost or stolen devices immediately
  • Set device limits per member (Enterprise)

Audit log

Every important action is logged with user, IP, and timestamp:

  • Login attempts (successful and failed)
  • Invite sent and accepted events
  • Device added or removed events
  • 2FA enabled or disabled events

Retention: 30 days (Starter), 90 days (Growth), 1 year (Business), custom (Enterprise).

Billing & SSO

Billing is managed through WHMCS at billing.quantivo.host. Log in directly, or use Single Sign-On from the SAP dashboard.

For Team Members

Getting connected as an employee

Accept your invite

Your admin sends an email from [email protected] with an activation link (valid 7 days).

  1. Click the activation link in the email.
  2. Enter your name and choose a strong password.
  3. You're redirected to your Member portal.

Enable 2FA (recommended)

Two-factor authentication is a critical security layer. Takes 2 minutes to set up.

  1. Install an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy).
  2. Go to Profile โ†’ Security โ†’ "Enable 2FA".
  3. Scan the QR code with the app.
  4. Enter the 6-digit code to confirm.
  5. Save your backup codes somewhere safe.

Add your devices

Each device needs its own connection config. The portal generates it automatically.

  1. Go to "My Devices" โ†’ "Add Device".
  2. Give it a name (e.g., "Work Laptop").
  3. Choose WireGuard or Opentunneling protocol.
  4. Platform picks the optimal server.
  5. Download the .conf or .ovpn file.

Connect to the network

Two options depending on your device:

Option A: QuantivoGate app (easiest)

  • Windows: download from our site
  • Android: download the .apk
  • macOS: coming soon
  • iOS: coming soon

Option B: Official clients

  • WireGuard: wireguard.com/install
  • OpenVPN: OpenVPN Connect / Tunnelblick

Troubleshooting & support

Common issues

I can't connect to the secure network
Check: 1) your device config file is fresh, 2) your admin has whitelisted QuantivoGate IPs, 3) your firewall isn't blocking outbound UDP 51820 (WireGuard) or UDP 1194 (OpenVPN).
I lost my 2FA device
Use one of your backup codes to log in. If you lost those too, contact your Org Admin โ€” they can disable 2FA on your account.
The invite link says "expired"
Invites expire after 7 days. Ask your admin to send a new one.
I can connect to the network but not to internal resources
Your admin hasn't whitelisted QuantivoGate's IPs on the firewall yet, or the firewall rule is misconfigured.
