1. Introduction
Welcome to QuantivoGate. These Terms of Service („Terms") govern your access to and use of the QuantivoGate platform, including all related services, applications, and websites (collectively, the „Service"). The Service is provided by Quantivo LLC, registered in Wyoming, USA.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using the Service, you expressly accept these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not use the Service.
3. User Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must use a strong password, and we recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA).
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for activities that violate laws, for unauthorized access to third-party systems, for distributing malware, or for any activity that compromises the integrity of the Service or other users.
5. Billing and Payment
Billing is processed via the WHMCS system on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the selected plan. Failed billing may result in service suspension after 7 days.
6. Termination
You may terminate the Service at any time via the OrgAdmin portal or WHMCS. Quantivo LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate access in case of breach of these Terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided „as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quantivo LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to change these Terms. Significant changes will be announced via email at least 30 days in advance.
